The fastest way
Use the form inside the game: Settings → Suggestions → Send a suggestion. It arrives with your app version, phone model and OS attached, which is usually the difference between a problem we can act on and one we cannot reproduce. Leave your email if you want an answer.
If the game will not open far enough to reach that form, write to hello@madeit.ist and say which phone and which iOS version you are on.
Usual questions
The snake is too fast
It speeds up every five points and stops getting faster at level 12. If that is the complaint, send it — the speed curve is a judgement call and it can be changed.
I want the walls to stop killing me
Settings → Wall collision → Off. The board becomes a loop: leave one edge and you arrive at the opposite one. Scores in that mode are kept in their own column, so turning it off cannot spoil your walls-on record.
How do I start my progress over?
Achievements → Reset all progress, at the bottom of the list. It clears scores, achievements and lifetime counters on this device, and cannot be undone.
The game is in the wrong language
It follows your phone on first launch. Settings → Language sets it yourself; there are seven, listed in their own words.
Nothing vibrates
Settings → Haptics, and turning it on plays a sample so you can tell straight away. If the sample does nothing, iOS is silencing it: check Low Power Mode, and Settings → Sounds & Haptics → System Haptics on your phone.
I sent a suggestion and cannot send another
The form closes for two minutes after one goes through, and says how long is left. It is there to stop accidental repeats, not to stop you.
